Practice... Makes Perfect

You plan. You brief. Fly the mission. Debrief it thoroughly. You go over detail. Every objective. Every outcome. Every result. Only now are you ready to deploy.

Training requires airspace. Simulation and classroom modules are but a start. Execution training is the ultimate preparation. There is no substitute. Train like you fight means something. Training requires integration, with ground forces, air forces, and command and control assets. Full spectrum training. Why settle for less? Don't.

These are the principles by which Tenacity approaches ISR mission training. Our location was carefully selected. Its proximity to world class military operating airspace no mistake. The basing of nearby military training wings no second thought. The command and control center within driving distance no error.

Tenacity is located due west of arguably the best overland operating airspace in the United States. The Buckeye MOA extends from 100 feet AGL to 50,000 feet MSL and overlays some of the most dynamic rural and urban terrain available. Fully authorized for night and covert flight operations, the airspace is controlled by one of the finest air command and control units in the Air National Guard.

When you need full spectrum, ISR specific mission training, you need Tenacity. Our commitment to excellence begins with unprecedented preparation. We integrate with numerous air, ground and control assets to continually hone the skills of every airman we deploy. Our aircrew are ready on day one to hit the AOR running. No down time. Mission ready. Period.

At Tenacity, the impossible becomes possible, the problem is solved, and the mission is completed... with excellence. Because our soldiers deserve the very best – in people, in performance, in persistence – always.

Tenacity – People, Performance, Persistence. Problem solved.
